Quick and Easy Tom Ka Gai

My mom was in town last week and she asked me to host a dinner. I thought my tables turned out pretty nice. We had roast with mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, salad, rolls, and dessert. Holly and Terra came with their families and they all helped out. Check out the wine in the glasses - concord grape juice spiked - Mmmm!

It was such a wonderful night! I have such nice memories of that night and being with my wonderful children and grandchildren. Mindy, you did such a fabulous job of decorating and everyones food was so scrumtious! To be with my family at Thanksgiving was so fun! Thank you all.
